My Diet

My Diet :

I had been desperate for long about my weight. i was at 54 Kg when at college 1st semester. next 5 years jump up into 78Kg (my height only 175 cm) and keep increased into around 82Kg this 2010 early. Desperately reading many ways to reduce my weight, but real hard especially if extreme long daily exercise is involved. BUT recently i find out the way. I managed to loose 7-8 Kg in 3 months, with no hard long exercise or diet pills.

Here's my way of diet :
  • Spirit to loose weight of course ^ ^.
  • In early morning after we wake up we can do little exercise like jogging, sit up, push up, etc only like 10 minutes, Right before doing breakfast. We actually do not feel hungry in morning because our last activity is sleep. so we don't have to do breakfast. but to avoid being hungry before lunch we can eat sandwich, scrambled egg, or fruits plus morning tasty a cup of coffee.
  • Usually our stomach feel hungry every 3-4 hours. when it comes right before lunch time try eat 1 slice bread or fruit. And then lunch time come we can eat rice but it's half portion that we usually eat, then add vegetables + meat or chicken or scrambled egg and drink a lot of white water. make sure is less oiled food. Try drink as much water as we can every day in middle of activity (work or school). 
  • Again in next 3-4 hours we might get hungry again. so prepare to eat fruit or 1 sliced bread (with jam is ok) and drink water.
  • After come back from work/school don't eat yet. do some sport 10 minutes same in morning. add more time to do sport if we want. then we can eat but the portion is decreased from lunch time portion. of course drink white water or any drink with sugar (but not more than 1 glass).
  • After dinner i suggest drink 1 glass of milk/choco milk around 150-200milliLitres. I know milk is fat but we need it for our bones health aka add Kalsium. Beside that milk can give us extra effect on our stomach digest so can smooth our "early morning bathroom activity" which is a must everyday. u know what i mean hehehe... ^ ^.
  • before sleep if we feel hungry we can eat fruit or drink a lot of water. Drinking water especially warm water can avoid from feeling hungry.  
That's all i do everyday to make me loose weight 6-7 Kilo in 2 months. I still eat 3 times a day plus enjoying meat, fried chicken, scrambled egg, fruit, milk, etc but need to control the portion. I'm just trying to avoid eat rices and heavy oiled food.

The main weapon to diet of mine is drink water like 1,5-2 litre a day plus twice 10 minutes sport/exercise after awake (before breakfast) and after arrive from office (before dinner). The sport i do is lifting 5Kg Barbel in left and right arm, push ups, sit ups, and jumping/jogging for 2 minutes for my legs. Little bit heavy indeed because I'm a guy hehehe...

There is always a way if there is a willingness to do .... ^ ^
